HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM DESIGN TO BE COMPLETED?

It depends on what the order is but on average it can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based at 16 Baldwin’s Gardens right next to the world renowned diamond district of Hatton Garden. However, as a part of our exclusive service, we can make your life easier and meet you at a place of your convenience. This can also include a personal delivery of your final piece.

AM I REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?

If the item is £500 or less we take payment in full. If your purchase is greater than £500 we take a 50% deposit.

WHAT ARE THE FOUR C'S?

This is mainly relevant to diamonds. Cut (the shape of the gem), Colour (how white or colourless the diamond is grading from the whites D colour to the other end of the spectrum Z), Clarity (How visible Flaws within the diamonds can be seen using a 10x magnification glass), Carat (The weight of the Diamond)

WARRANTY INFORMATION

About Our Policy

Please treat your items with care. We understand unfortunate circumstances may happen which is why we are willing to replace gemstones from the size of 0.6mm to 3mm within a 1 year time span if they happen to become loose and fall out. We will also give 1 free clean and polish to your item with a 1 year time frame after any item you purchace from us. Any other damages or loss are not covered by us.

How We Do It

We are happy to announce we do ship out items anywhere in the UK free of charge if the purchased item is over £1500. Anything below this is the cost that the delivery service will charge. We will not be liable for any item that is lost or damaged once it has left our hands. Therefore, it is always best to go with an insured service with the delivery company.
